      <image:caption>The Ask To better prepare MedPro employees to navigate a future where the majority of their current tasks would be automated, giving them the time and reliable information to build and service customer relationships. The Outcome The journey from concepts to final designs took place over a series of design sprints. Collaborating with a team of interaction designers I worked in tandem to define the look and behavior of the system. This phased approach provided many opportunities for client collaboration, technical vetting and user testing to inform refinements along the way. The agile workflow ensured solutions not only met the clients needs, but were feasible from a build perspective. _____</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Radar Pictures: Website Redesign</image:title>
      <image:caption>The Ask Radar Pictures is a Hollywood production company that has produced over 80 feature films and generated over 9 billion dollars in revenue. Founded in 1985 by industry veteran Ted Field, the company has been a part of many iconic film franchises and is also involved in other aspects of the entertainment industry. As a result, the ask for this project was to create a new digital home for Radar Pictures, a home would define the company and its other entertainment offerings to customers and other companies. The Process and Outcome The process started by first establishing an understanding of Radar Picture’s business objectives and needs and then elevating the existing digital experience to meet those needs. By gradually taking the client through various design thinking exercises, the co-creation process grounded design decisions in process and purposes while lessening subjectivity. An example of this was done via a brand attributes exercise which helped define the brand through various perspectives. These perspectives or attributes were then represented visually via 2 style tile options. From the selected style tile, the visual language of the site emerged. The site’s modular structure allowed for specific content sections to be updated when necessary, while at the same time maintaining other modules consistent. Overall, the underlying strategy for the design and development of RadarPictures.com was to elevate the brand by leaning into the company’s rich film history and using that as a catapult to showcase the company’s full entertainment repertoire. _____</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The Ask The Virtual CommonWealth iOS App, currently under development is designed to combat climate change by empowering users to track their purchases, categorize them, and self-impose a tax to counteract their unsustainable behavior. The collected tax funds are then reinvested into featured sustainability-focused companies, creating a full-circle eco-friendly experience. The Outcome We started by deeply understanding the client's vision, aiming to create a digital brand that truly reflects the principle of "Power in the hands of the people: Meaningful change through meaningful action." The outcome is a platform that seamlessly integrates sustainability ratings, self-taxation (offsets), and equity crowdfunding into a cohesive, purpose-driven experience. _____</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The Ask In this project, we partnered with Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm to design a responsive website for the new company that was formed from the merger of Allkem and Livent, key players in the lithium chemicals industry. The Result Working closely with the Teneo brand and UX team, we successfully brought the Arcadium Lithium brand into the digital space. The project involved designing a responsive set of components and pages that balanced a modern aesthetic with elements reflecting the natural world and the human side of the industry, aligning with the company's values. The new, combined entity is now a leading global producer of lithium chemicals, dedicated to responsibly harnessing lithium's potential to enhance lives and accelerate the transition to a clean energy future. As one of the world's largest integrated lithium chemical producers, Arcadium Lithium is at the forefront of driving sustainable innovation in the industry. _____</image:caption>

Grounded in deep user research and iterative design, we developed a streamlined, role-specific prototype that enhances usability and optimizes workflows—all within the PEGA framework. The Outcome Our work unified critical workflows, reducing friction in outage management and customer service processes. By ensuring the prototype was clear and development-ready, we minimized implementation confusion and set the stage for a more efficient, role-based system that enhances both engineer productivity and customer support operations. _____</image:caption>
